This brand new service makes getting your delivery even more convenient & environmentally friendly. At our checkout page select the option 'Ship to local shop' locqted below the checkout button. You can then choose a convenient local Pickup Shop from a list of over 8000 pickup points UK wide. Due to saving in fuel and time for the driver there is a saving in the cost of this delivery option. In most cases, the package will be available for collection from 12 noon the following day.

Please note, any instructions for the delivery driver must be left in the box provided during checkout, thank you.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed purchase form.
Any issues with your delivery must be reported within 7 working days.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days, or your goods were damaged in transit, please contact our team on 0330 4411 122 quoting your purchase order number, and date of purchase so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is not a guarantee instead it is the standard timescale for most deliveries. On rare occasions it can take a little bit longer. If we have to contact our couriers to assist with any issues please allow 48 hours for this process to be completed. Please note: deliveries are fully trackable via your email.
