Pre-Infusion Setting.
Rio's barista team insisted that the Rio Classic espresso machine has a built-in professional programmable pre-infusion drink setting for all selections on both group heads. This is really important to achieve the perfect espresso coffee with a delicious clean taste and a rich thick crema. Essentially, the freshly ground coffee in the group head is initially gently infused with hot water before the full 9 bars of the pressure of hot water are used to extract the espresso coffee. This system ensures less channeling and produces a consistently better-tasting espresso.
Temperature Probe.
Rio Classic 2 group semi-automatic coffee maker has a built-in temperature probe. The advantages of a temperature probe are that it guarantees consistently accurate temperature control of the coffee brewing, milk, hot water, and steam process better than a traditional thermometer. The advantages are a consistently better-tasting quality espresso, cappuccino, and overall brewing experience.
Programmable Hot Water Doses:
This feature allows you to set the sizes of your drinks on the Rio Classic coffee machine. this means that you can program the Rio Classic espresso machine to accurately produce the drinks that you require at a touch of a button. This saves time and also ensures consistency.
