The stainless steel ball strainer splits in half to make it easy to load with your favourite tea leaves and there is a chain attached so that the tea ball strainer can be hooked on the side of your mug/cup or you can pull it out with ease without burning yourself.

Please note, any instructions for the delivery driver must be left in the box provided during checkout, thank you. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed purchase form. Any issues with your delivery must be reported within 7 working days.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days, or your goods were damaged in transit, please contact our team on 0330 4411 122 quoting your purchase order number, and date of purchase so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is not a guarantee instead it is the standard timescale for most deliveries. On rare occasions it can take a little bit longer. If we have to contact our couriers to assist with any issues please allow 48 hours for this process to be completed. All our delivery timescales are 'working days'. Please note: deliveries are fully trackable via your email.
